ABOUT THE APPROACH
The storied Italian sportswear brand, FILA, was about to turn 100. To help them celebrate their centennial, I went back into the fashion archives and museums of the famed designer, Pierluigi Rolando, who was at the design helm throughout the 1970s. We collaborated with Fila's team to create a fresh modern approach, bringing a renewed life and vitality to the iconic garments while uniting the past and present in a historic creative approach. As a capsule rollout, FILA also released a special Pierluigi Collection honoring the heralded designer.
